Timur Zharkenov voiced the request of entrepreneurs to the relevant ministries and some government agencies:
– Ensure the return of empty containers back to China within three days;
– to cancel the unofficial monopoly of road transport in “Khorgos”, not to prevent the entry of private car owners and carriers, including the system of “CAT”;
– abolish the unofficial monopoly of brokerage services at Khorgos, and not to prevent new brokerage companies from opening and operating at the border;
– allow cargo transit from the border to Almaty, Nur-Sultan in the SCUR system.
