The essence of the project: the service speeds up the trademark registration process in Kazakhstan, allowing to quickly check it for possible duplicates before submitting an application to the state authorities for trademark registration.
How the project earns: after the passage of express-checking in the absence of a match lawyers of the service take on the subsequent full registration of the trademark for a fee.
“Now in the country there is an increase in litigation concerning trademarks, when business owners who have not registered their brand in time lose it for this reason”, – notes Timur Zharkenov.
