On February 3, journalist and blogger Beibit Alibekov published on his Youtube channel a 45-minute interview with Marat Karabayev, Vice-Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan. The conversation touched on the topic of the scrapping tax. In this piece I have parsed some of the statements of the representative of the ministry on their correctness and reliability. I also allowed myself to evaluate some of his answers.
