The existence of the pilot project itself already brings big problems for businesses, as businesses have to prescribe SNTs. On October 1, 2021, a new pilot began for items on the exemption list. This means that most businesses will have to prescribe SNTs, for example, even small manufacturers are required to prescribe SNTs for semi-finished products such as pelmeni, manti, and dumplings that are on the exemption list.
